Expansion vision for West Bromwich primary school

A Black Country primary school has revealed expansion plans which will allow it to take on an extra 80 pupils.

Six new classrooms will be built at Holy Trinity Primary School in West Bromwich.

Four new jobs will also be created after the plans were given the go-ahead by Sandwell Council. The new classroom block is going to be built to the north of the site in Trinity Road South.

The school's car park area will also be extended.

The number of pupils attending the school is expected to increase by nearly 22 per cent, from 396 to 479.
