None of the judges hit their buttons to watch Ross Harris from West Bromwich perform his drum rendition of Usher's Good Kisser.

Ross, aged 23, is a session drummer who has worked with the likes of Neon Jungle, Union J, The Saturdays and Ella Henderson. He has also been on the road with his cousin when he played keyboards on tour with 1D.

Speaking after the audition Tom Jones, said: "This show is called The Voice and you have got to concentrate on vocal more than anything else. It is great that you play the drums as well.

"I think it is great for the stage show and for a live show because then you could show your versatility - but we just can't see it. But, I enjoyed it."

Fellow judge Rita Ora, added: "You have got a good little groove going on. I honestly enjoyed your performance."

Earlier in the series hair stylist Clark Carmody from Kidderminster made it through to the next round after choosing to be on Rita Ora's team.

The 27-year-old performed Sam Smith's hit I'm Not The Only One. Pop princess Ora turned round in her chair first and was followed by Welsh crooner Tom Jones.
