America's Fox News Channel has apologised after a terrorism expert described Birmingham as a "no-go-zone" where non-Muslims are not allowed.

The channel issued a correction on last night's Fox Report for on-air errors made on the Justice With Judge Jeanine programme last weekend following the terror attacks in Paris.
Terrorism expert Steve Emerson was taking part in discussions about the Muslim population in Europe when he made his astonishing claim - leading to condemnation and derision around the world and on social media.
Last night Fox Report anchor Julie Banderas said the network regretted the error and apologized to any "who may have taken offence".
Judge Jeanine Piro also issued an apology on her show.
