Roshane Daley admitted to possessing the imitation double barrelled sawed-off shotgun at The Saigon Club, Wellington Road, on June 7.

Earlier in the hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Daley had pleaded not guilty to the offence and to a further count relating to possession of a gun with intent to danger life.

He then changed his plea and the second charge was ordered to lie on file.

He was refused bail by Judge Michael Dudley and was remanded in custody.

Daley of Marsh Lane, Erdington, Birmingham, will appear back at the crown court on December 9 to be sentenced.
