Willenhall forklift driver accused of raping woman as she walked home
A forklift driver from Willenhall has appeared in court accused of raping a woman as she walked home from a night out.

Miroslav Ertel, aged 34, was arrested on Sunday by detectives investigating the alleged assault, which officers say happened on Bentley Lane in the early hours of Sunday, May 25.
Ertel appeared before Walsall Magistrates Court yesterday afternoon where he was remanded in custody.
Police have thanked the public for their support.
