She only fixed up afternoon tea with pop megastars Britney Spears and Marvin Humes from?JLS.

Sadie's sons George and Riley Haynes, now aged four were born at just 26 weeks.

She said: "They were in hospital for four months, and James was just so good throughout it all. Even though a lot of the time he wasn't allowed to visit the boys, he would just sit with me in the hospital and keep me company."

Sadie, of Hawkswell Drive, Willenhall, said when she came home from hospital, James was always there to lend a hand. When George and Riley were just a year old, Sadie was told her children had cerebral palsy. She said: "It was such a shock. I didn't even know what it was, and it was all a huge learning curve. James was always there, helping me through it."

Sadie contacted the hit ITV?show Surprise Surprise to see if they could help say thank you and the pair were whisked off to London, and taken to the Savoy Hotel.

Sadie said: "James was so shocked when Marvin turned up at the door. At the Savoy we were treated to afternoon tea, and then all of a sudden Britney walked in with a tray of scones. We both had a fantastic day, it's something we will remember forever."
