A man was found dead in a car on a road in Wolverhampton today.
Roy Ford, of Skidmore Avenue, Wolverhampton, was pronounced dead at the scene after police were called to Greyhound Lane in Penn just before 7am.
Staffordshire Police spokeswoman Hazel Dockery, said: "Police were called to attend an incident in Upper Penn at 6.50 am today after reports that a vehicle had been abandoned in the road.
"The reports suggested the vehicle was blocking Greyhound Lane.
"A patrol attended the scene and on arrival they discovered a 36-year-old man's body in the vehicle.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious.
"A report is in the process of being prepared for Her Majesty's Coroner."
