A court order has been issued to move on a caravan illegally parked on council land. Walsall Magistrates Court agreed to a notice to force the vehicle off land near Farmbridge Road, Bentley.
It comes after a separate order to evict travellers from the Dolphin House car park was agreed on Thursday – but the caravan moved a short distance to Goscote Lane, Goscote.
It means the council now faces going through the same process of seeking a court notice to move them on.
Magistrates were told the caravan in Bentley was occupied by one man and that licensing enforcement officers visited the site on September 18.
The borough has been plagued by convoys of caravans invading fields, parks and car parks this year.
