Officers raided a flat above a taxi rank in Darlaston Road, Darlaston.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of managing a brothel and has been released on police bail.

The swoop, which took place at 3pm yesterday, was part of Operation Scarlet, a borough crackdown on prostitution and kerb crawlers.

Almost 100 people have also been served with kerb crawler notices, meaning they can be locked up if they return to the area.
