Well, that's some of the cash taken from the disabled that they once had to pay their Council Tax, spent; Mind you, when I saw the picture, I assumed the £20m+ sprucing up of the Council offices was being announced! But then again, they wouldn't be that brass-necked, would they? Is that a lorry load of ipads in the background????
