Shane Rimmer, David Graham and Matt Zimmerman, who supplied the voices of characters including Brains, Scott, Alan and Gordon Tracy and Parker in the Gerry Anderson puppet series will be at RAF Cosford, near Wolverhampton, on November 24.

Around 100 of the 200 tickets have already gone.

The event will see the actors answer questions on the show, which has remained a children's favourite since it first aired in 1965.

Visitors will also get to see puppets and models from Thunderbirds as well as Anderson's other series Joe 90, Fireball XL5, Captain Scarlet and Terrahawks.

Thunderbirds became famous for phrases such as "Thunderbirds Are Go" and "FAB" as well as the pink Rolls Royce belonging to Lady Penelope and driven by her butler Parker. Canadian actor Matt Zimmerman, aged 77, who played Thunderbird 3 astronaut Alan Tracy, said: "Shane, David and I meet up for different events and it's not just the kids who are interested, it's their dads."

The exhibition is free and takes place on the weekend of November 24 and 25. The actors will be there just for the Saturday.

The morning talk starts at 10.30am lasting approximately 90 minutes and the afternoon question and answer session starts at 2.30pm lasting approximately an hour.

Tickets are £15 and are available on 01902 376200.
