Time to map out a plan for Villa's future

Police investigating the Wolverhampton riots today launched a fresh appeal to round up nine final suspected thugs for their part in the summer troubles in the city.
Officers are urging members of the public to identify them so they can bring them to book for their actions as they begin to scale down their investigation.
The eight men and one woman are wanted for offences ranging from violent disorder to theft and burglary.
Acting Detective Inspector Julie Woods said today: “Forensic science and old-fashioned detective work got us so far, but we could not have arrested so many people without the help of the public.
“As we release this final set of images today, I would like to once again call on the communities of the West Midlands to take a look at them and tell us if they recognise anyone.
“Five months ago we saw unprecedented scenes across our region, scenes which horrified most law-abiding citizens. We haven’t forgotten what happened and we will not stop looking for these people until they have been brought to justice.”
So far, 761 people have been arrested and more than 300 have been charged. More than 115 of those have been convicted.
The August riots sparked the biggest single investigation by West Midlands Police since the IRA bombings of Birmingham in 1974 and cost the force £10 million.
