Bank staff threatened in Lichfield

A robber threatened staff at a Staffordshire bank before fleeing empty- handed.
He targeted Santander Bank on Market Street in Lichfield at 11.10am on Thursday.
He is then believed to have struck at Bargain Booze on Chase Road in Burntwood last night. Police describe him as being white, 5ft 7ins to 6ft tall and of medium build.
