Four before court after Wolverhampton house raid

Three men and a woman appeared in court today charged with robbery following a raid at a house in Wolverhampton.

Masked robbers allegedly forced their way into a woman’s home in Parkfields on Wednesday night.

The woman was allegedly hit in the face with a crowbar before her £10,000 Nissan sports car was stolen.

The victim suffered severe bruising to the side of her face and described the attack as “terrifying”.

Kenneth Bristow, aged 18, of Granville Close, All Saints; Simon Murphy, 22, Tuxford Close, Wolverhampton; and Tyron Spence, 23, John Howell Close, Tipton, appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today.

They were remanded in custody until March 23.

Lucy Hickman, 19, Heydon Road, Pensnett, who was also charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously, was given bail.
