Time to map out a plan for Villa's future

Bernard’s begonias are stars of season
Wednesday 16th November 2011, 11:00AM GMT.
In November last year the Midlands was gripped with freezing temperatures and the earliest snowfall for 17 years.
Fast forward a year and the region is basking in unseasonal temperatures which have left flowers and wildlife confused about the seasons.
Garden centres and tourist attractions are cashing in on the mild autumn, with flowers normally only seen in summer continuing to bloom and people flocking to make the most of their free time before the big freeze takes hold.
Stourbridge gardener Bernard Williams is amazed that his begonias and fuchsias are still going strong. Mr Williams, aged 74, of Richmond Grove, Wollaston, said: “My begonias are now 18in high and the fuchsias and geraniums are still holding out.
“I’d normally have put daffodil bulbs in by now but it seemed a shame to take up the beautiful borders, which are the best I’ve ever known at this time of year.”
