Puppy is stolen from home in Tipton
Wednesday 26th October 2011, 12:00AM BST.
A valuable puppy has been stolen from a Black Country home just weeks after a £10,000 litter of puppies was taken in the same street.
Spike, a Dogue de Bordeaux puppy, went missing from a home in St Mark’s Road, Tipton.
The 10-week-old had been given a home by Becky Bayliss and her family just before the rest of the litter – nine puppies in total – was stolen from a nearby house.
The dogs and their mother were later returned, although one had died. Miss Bayliss today launched an urgent appeal to get the dog back, as he has a bald patch on his face which needs treatment.
Miss Bayliss, who is mother to three-year-old Oakley and one-year-old Ilah, said: “We’re really worried because Spike is one of the family. I keep wondering if he’s being fed and being kept warm.”

why is she worried about the pup being warm? It looks like it is kept in an open fronted kennel in the back yard. Sad but the pup has probably long been sold on and possibly to order but I hope you get it back and please keep it inside then.

Let me guess.. this happened whilst Tipton’s police station was once again, closed. If it’s not nailed down in this town it’s gone.
I hope the family is reunited with their dog – someone has got to know where it is. Now do the right thing and give that family their dog back, or spend the rest of your life looking over your shoulder at the prospect someone else will. The animal is traceable.

I really do wonder at the mentality of the people who we have to share our society with. Stealing someones pet is a really low thing to do, but I suppose thats lowlifes for you.
Give that family their dog back, the poor kids must be heartbroken
