Poundland targets move to former TJ Hughes shop

Poundland is poised to take over the former TJ Hughes store in Walsall, it can be revealed today.
The Willenhall-based company is looking to relocate from its current town centre branch in the Saddlers Centre.
The now-empty TJ Hughes in Park Street is a much larger building and is located at the top of the town centre’s main shopping area.
It would become one of Poundland’s biggest stores. Recruitment has already started.
