Crash chaos on the M6
Thursday 22nd September 2011, 1:00PM BST.
Motorists faced severe delays on the M6 in Walsall today after two separate crashes.
Traffic slowed at 9.30am after three vehicles collided on the northbound carriageway between junctions 10 Walsall and 10A Essington. No-one was injured.
Within minutes four lorries were involved in a collision and three lanes between junction 10 and the 10A were closed shortly before 10.25am.
Three people were injured during the crash near New Invention. Two lanes remained closed at lunchtime today.
