Lichfield teacher Rachel Joint is less than half the woman she used to be. Mother-of-two Rachel shed an amazing 10 stones in just 16 months. In April 2009 the 39-year old weighed in at 18st 7lb. Now 5ft 2in Rachel, who used to wear a size 26, is 8st 7lb and a size 8 to 10 and says she has got her life back.
