Police ‘will track down’ Dudley Sikh centre protesters
Monday 30th May 2011, 1:16PM BST.
Protesters who forced their way into a Sikh community centre as a rally against meat and alcohol being served there spiralled into chaos will be tracked down by police, officers warned today.
A tense five-hour stand-off ensued at the Sikh Cultural Centre in Dudley, with protesters occupying the building until managers agreed not to serve the goods.
The protest on Saturday started peacefully but descended into chaos as protesters started throwing missiles, such as stones, at police.
Some then stormed the centre forcing their way inside and smashing up parts of the building, causing significant damage inside.

How much did this police operation cost the British tax payer? all because some fanatics dont want to eat meat or drink, its scary to think that these fanatics are allowed to carry swords in public.

What is also sad, Raj4 and Bund5 is that all people should be treated equally by the Law of the Land. Pussyfooting with fanatics causes resentment which is often directed towards the innocent of the same religion. If fanatics cause damage or injury, the law should be brought down on them, regardless of creed.
