Fire alert at Wolverhampton sports centre

A sports centre in the Black Country was at the centre of a fire drama.
Firefighters were called to Aldersley Leisure Village in Wolverhampton last night after a small blaze broke out in a electrical switch board in the staff room.
The 999 call was made just after 9.20pm and the fire was extinguished by 9.45pm.
The centre was closed to fitness users at 8pm last night.
Staff at the centre declined to comment today.
