Reduce it to £1 or less and people will not care that they are paying a toll. They'll still get there money plus maybe more and everyone is a winner. I bet at night they normally have about 4 paying customers & 3 of them didn't mean to go down the toll road. Secondly, would suggest that the powers that be put signs up before the M54 junction so they can avoid wasting peoples time. Thirdly, I recommend diversion signs when they are visible send you to a junction that it open and not just the next one down which is closed! Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life on sat night! The toll road is for people who want to avoid the region completely and they do. The congestion is caused by commuters who have no choice like myself. These improvements are 15 years over due.
