I noticed outside the Leckie School, on Walstead Road West Walsall, that they had nicely painted cycle lanes on both sides of the road & lines of cars had actually parked covering them up. Surely if you want to encourage people to use bikes, the cycle ways should be kept clear from parked cars. If not surely it's just a waste of money. In another case I was driving down the new part of the ring road in Walsall & again next to the road a nice cycle path. Guess what I actually saw a couple of guys riding their bikes on the road.
