I cant say i know any male anorexic american movies stars with pec implants, so dont know what films you have been watching. At the end of the day men have just as much rights to look good and im all for having treatments. Cosmetic surgery and botox is not normal, most people who undergo plastic surgery pay for the surgery in later life, just look at any aging american movie star.
