A Midland estate agent has been honoured at a prestigious awards ceremony.

C residential and C lettings, based in Horse Fair, Rugeley, picked up the plaudits at Estas, The Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2011.

During the event, the team received a silver award for sales and bronze for lettings in the West Midlands region.

The winner of the gold award for sales was Worcestershire-based agents RA Bennett & Partners, and Martin & Co, based in Telford, took the top prize in the lettings category.

Staff at C Residential were also recognised for their excellent customer service as voted for by clients during the course of last year.

The award was announced by Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4′s Location, Location, Location, at a lavish luncheon and ceremony held at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane, London and attended by 500 of the country’s leading estate and letting agents.

Phil Spencer said: “The ESTAS are the most important and valuable awards in our industry.

“An Esta is not an easy accolade to pick up, to win one requires a lot of hard work, over a very long period of time.”
