Lichfield house-hunters star in TV show

Lichfield and Armitage have this week featured on a popular BBC One show which attempts to find house-hunters a home.

To Buy or Not to Buy was filmed in Lichfield city centre and featured a couple from Handsacre who were looking for a three-bedroom house in Armitage, near Rugeley.

The programme, broadcast on Tuesday, gave a brief overview of life in the region and focused on Lichfield’s three-spired cathedral, the Staffordshire Hoard, Armitage Shanks toilets, and the Sutton Coldfield Television Transmitter.
