Budding accountants could be given a career boost when the Careers in Finance fair rolls into Birmingham next week.

Representatives of the top accountancy firms, bodies and colleges in the country will all be under one roof to hand out expert advice and guidance  for anybody looking kick-start their career in accountancy or the financial sector.

Open to anybody from schoolchildren looking at a possible future in the industry to mature graduates considering a career change, the fair will offer breakout seminars and panel discussions, plus advice on interview technique and putting together a CV.

The event takes place on Tuesday 13th September between 11am and 7.30pm at the Great Hall at the University of Birmingham.
