Roger and his nephew, David Gould, started BMA Motors together more than 25 years ago.

They generally have about 20 cars for sale at the Bilston site, many of them ideal first cars, with prices in the £700 to £1,500 bracket for those on a tight budget.

All cars are sold with a 12-month MOT and one month's warranty.

"A big percentage of our cutomers are repeat customers," says Roger. "There are people who have had three or four cars from us.

"There are even people who bought their first cars from us who return to buy a first car for their son or daughter."

He added: "We treat people how we like to be treated. We'll always offer advice, even if they decide not to buy a car."
