BM Automotive Solutions based at Four Ashes, Wolverhampton, specialise in servicing, diagnostics and repairs of BMWs and MINIs, for customers throughout the West Midlands.
Staffed by ex-main BMW dealer-trained technicians with over 30 years experience of working on BMWs and MINIs, they offer dealer level quality and diagnostics but without dealer prices.
BM Automotive Solutions offer the latest in servicing and repairs for the entire BMW and BMW MINI range of cars, including M-Power models
Situated just off the A449 - five minutes away from Junction 2 of the M54 - they are in an ideal location to take care of BMWs and MINIs for the surrounding areas such as Wolverhampton, Stafford, Cannock, Brewood, Coven and Featherstone.
Servicing uses genuine parts and Castrol engine oils. Repairs are carried out using special tools and genuine parts. Genuine parts carry a two-year guarantee.
OE (Original Equipment) after market parts, such as LUK, Bosch, Mann and Lemforder, can be used to keep costs down and maintain quality.
Diagnostics are carried out for all BMW and BMW MINIs.
MOT testing can be arranged and a free local collection and delivery service is available. 'While you wait' servicing is also available, by appointment only, and there is a reception / waiting area.
BM Automotive Solutions is part of the national Good Garage Scheme, which was formed because of the need for effective self-regulation of independent workshops and MOT centres.
Garages that join the scheme adhere to a strict code of conduct and pledge to have their customers’ best interests at heart. Members must agree what work needs doing with their customers before it is carried out, work to an industry-standard checklist and must supply each customer with a feedback card allowing them to give their views on service directly to the Good Garage Scheme. They are also subject to regular mystery shopper-style audits.
Under the Good Garage Scheme, BM Automotive Solutions has scored 99.43% from 53 feedback cards filled in by customers.
BM Automotive Solutions is open on Monday to Friday from 8am-5.30pm and on Saturday from 9am-1pm.
