Based on the Gainsborough Trading Estate, Rufford Road, in Stourbridge, owners Neil Fellows and Rob Meredith are both fully trained and fully qualified BMW and Mercedes Benz technicians, each with 20 years worth of experience, having previously worked for main dealerships.

They set up the business to enable BMW, BMW Mini and Mercedes owners in the Midlands area to cut the cost of maintaining their vehicles, while still benefiting from the work being carried out by skilled technicians, who take pride in their work.

They provide a high quality level of service, offering friendly, accurate advice whenever your BMW or Mercedes Benz needs attention, giving you peace of mind.

Stourbridge Automotive Ltd use only genuine parts and top quality oil - all servicing is carried out using a fixed price structure and also carried out to the manufacturers' recommended schedules. The manufacturer's mechanical warranty is not affected (conditions apply).

Original Equivalent (OE) parts may be available upon request for the more cost-conscious customer.

Collection and delivery can be arranged by appointment – this service is free within a five-mile radius of the premises.

BMW servicing and repairs

For all BMW and BMW Mini drivers, the workshop is set up to use Autologic and BMW 'GT 1' diagnostic equipment. This allows the technicians at Stourbridge Automotive the same diagnostic capabilities as technicians working within any main dealership.

Mercedes Benz servicing and repairs 

For all Mercedes Benz and Mercedes AMG drivers, the workshop is set up to use Autologic and Mercedes 'STAR'  diagnostic equipment, once again allowing the technicians the same diagnostic capabilities as technicians working within any main dealership.

MOTs

Stourbridge Automotive Ltd employs a number of local MOT centres to carry out the MOT inspections for them, arranging them up to 30 days before the due date. This enables them to stay independent, having no influence over the result and ensuring customers a fair and accurate test.

The MOT centres only complete the vehicle test itself, all remedial work required is carried out by Stourbridge Automotive Ltd. So, if it is just an MOT you require, give them a call and they will make the arrangements for you.
