Halesowen Audi secured the top position with a sales satisfaction score of 98 per cent. The centre consistently scores above the national average of 88 per cent.
The impressive score was independently compiled by the manufacturer through contacting Halesowen Audi customers and asking them for their feedback on their experience of purchasing their new or approved used car.
Halesowen Audi’s long-established sales team is headed by Sales Manager Ian Fotheringham, assisted by a used car sales manager John Richards, business manager Adrian McDonnell and eight sales executives.
