More than 100 classic Norton motorbikes were on display at the annual event at Chasewater Country Park.
Enthusiasts from across the country came from as far as Scotland to display their bikes at the historic event, organised by The Norton Owners Club. Terry Ansell, aged 79, member of the group, took his 1958 Norton Dominator 600cc along to the event.
He said: “It’s an annual event. This year’s was preceded by an event at Abbots Bromley on the Friday and Saturday.
“To see people attend the event from all around the country was great — some of this year’s riders were from Aberdeen.”
The Norton Owners Club has branches all around the country.
Norton is a British motorcycle marque, originally from Birmingham. It was founded in 1898 as a manufacturer of “fittings and parts for the two-wheel trade” by James Lansdowne Norton. The bikes were always known for making fast street racers and had a long series of wins to prove it.
