Time to map out a plan for Villa's future

Michael’s 60 years of easy riding
Monday 19th July 2010, 12:00PM BST.
He could be forgiven for taking it steady in his retirement but a 76-year-old from Walsall is still committed to motorbikes.
Michael Deeley has been riding them for 60 years after taking to the road as soon as he turned 16.
The pensioner from Tor Way, Pelsall, remembers fondly his first bike, a New Hudson 98cc, from Cope’s of Wolverhampton in 1950.
He took an interest in motorcycles during his early teens after an older friend had one. From there a passion was born and in rain, snow and sunshine the father-of-two still regularly switches from his Vauxhall Astra Estate to a bike.
Even now he can be seen riding on his latest bike, a Honda Deauville 650cc, around the countryside in Shropshire or through Birmingham city centre with his wife of 52 years, Doreen.
“I have used the bike more than car by choice,” he said. “It is the exhilaration of it all.”
