I think that anyone who is drunk and needs to go to a hospital should have to pay a fee for using the amublance and the hospital services. After all its their own fault no one forces copious amounts of alcohol down their throats. It may have the effect of ending this binge drinking culture. Why should the tax payer cover their expenses.
