A traditional pantomime has been given a Black Country twist for showings at a Dudley attraction.

Fizzog Theatre Company is performing Kippin Beauty – a comic take on children’s classic Sleeping Beauty – at the Black Country Museum.

Visitors can join in the festive fun with half hour showings at 1pm and 2pm every day until New Year’s Eve.

Director Deb Nicholls said: “For six weeks each summer a group of us go down to the museum and take on the roles of two rough and ready families in 1910 who are at war with each other.

“It is them that decide to stage a pantomime so anything and everything goes wrong.
