Christmas is almost here and, this year, many of us are opting for an old-fashioned one.
With that in mind Nicky Butler went to meet one specialist who’s a pro at making traditional mince pies.
Mandy Walker has been making mince pies for 5 years and bakes over a thousand a week at Essington Fruit Farm where she works as assistant kitchen manager.
With hundreds of pies in the oven of experience, Mandy shows us how to bake these perfect Christmas treats.
