The new Birmingham coach station in the city's Digbeth area
Express & Star competition winner Lee Bromwich met his hero Fabio Capello when the England boss opened Birmingham’s re-vamped coach station.
Lee, from Clent Road, Oldbury, won a competition to meet the England manager and took along his 10-year-old son Lewis.
The duo joined other competition winners in a private question and answer session with Mr Capello yesterday.
They also enjoyed a cup of tea with the Italian and discussed England’s World Cup hopes.
Lee, aged 37, who works as a chocolatier at Cadbury’s, said: “He was absolutely brilliant.
“We had a buffet and a cup of tea and we talked about football. I asked him about how we were going to do in the World Cup and he said that playing a World Cup is completely different from qualifying because there are so many matches so quickly.
