KFC takeaway up in flames
Friday 27th November 2009, 4:23PM GMT.
A fast food restaurant along one of Wolverhampton’s busiest roads was badly damaged by fire this afternoon.
Dozens of customers and staff were evacuated from the KFC restaurant in Penn Road, when the huge fire broke out.
Four fire engines were called to the burning restaurant just after 3pm and crowds gathered to get a glimpse of the flames.
