Time to map out a plan for Villa's future

Holder plans to have a ball in Brum
Saturday 14th November 2009, 8:45AM GMT.
Willenhall middleweight Myles Holder has vowed to step it up a gear and close out his debut year with a win in Birmingham later this month.
The 20-year-old will take four straight wins if the final test can be passed at Edgbaston’s Tower Ballrooms on November 27, after making his debut in May.
Holder joins Stafford’s Rob Hunt and Essington’s Ben Wilkes as the ‘away’ fighters on the Second City bill, and the trio have sparred with each other to get up to speed.
It could even end up being a cauldron of noise in favour of the three, who are all good ticket sellers with their fans expected in droves come fight night.
In the ring, Portobello youngster Holder insists it’s all business but admits the stakes are high with 2009 drawing to a close.
Holder said: “Being the last show and fight of the year, I will be looking to put that little bit extra in. I am finding my feet in the pro game now, now it’s time to come forward and open up a bit more.
“A ring is a ring to me, it won’t bother me fighting away because my crowd will be there to support me. I want to excite the people that are coming to see me, because I have been in there enough now to be able to throw caution to the wind a little bit.
“I just want to show I am on the up and up, but it’s a fine balancing act.”
