Free tickets for kids at Wolves
Thursday 12th November 2009, 9:01AM GMT.
Wolves are offering free tickets for seven-year-old’s for the next home game against Birmingham on November 29.
Qualifying children receive a free ticket if they are accompanied by a full paying adult for the derby, which is not televised and kicks off at 12 noon.
Each participating seven-year-old can collect a free Wolves scarf from the Family Information Centre before kick-off. To qualify, the child’s seventh birthday must be between August 1 2009 and July 31 2010. The parent will also have to provide proof of age for the child.
Football League commissioned research has identified seven years of age as one of the key times to capture the next generation of supporters. This is the general age when children begin to make informed decisions about which club they will support.
Wolves are also running their award winning Wolves 4 Family Football campaign again. Families can buy a family four ticket for £40.
Tickets are currently on sale for the next two specified Wolves 4 Family Football games: Bolton, December 5 (3pm, non-televised) and Burnley, December 20 (1.30pm).
Wolves also sold the last of their 3,000 allocation for the trip to Premier League leaders Chelsea on November 21 yesterday.
