Charity collectors arrested

Charity collectors dressed as superheroes have been arrested and £120 seized.
Scott Smith, 18, and Ty Mills, 29, both of Prestwood Road West in Wednesfield, admitted making a false representation by carrying out bogus collections for Children in Need in Wolverhampton.
Peter Atack, 53, of no fixed address, and Kelly Hallard, 22, of Blackhalve Lane, Wednesfield, both deny the allegation. Magistrates bailed all four to December 14 .
