The complex was officially opened by Mayor of Wolverhampton Surjan Singh Duhra, who described it as “world class”.
This is a sign that Wolverhampton is being developed and brought up to the 21st century now that the Conservatives have taken control of the Council.
I’m sure that this will lead to many more fantasic developement in our city.
Even the Labour Mayor thinks the Conservatives are doing a sterling job!

Yeh; inbetween Tories wasting £300,000 of our money on a fountain that rarely works and then shutting it off November to March for “health and safety fears”!
Oh, and what happened to the Axon Deal to modernise Wolverhampton and the Summer Row development?
The Tories and their Lib Dem allies are letting Wolverhampton rot!

Oh, and by the way, the student village and Lichfield Street apartment project was started well before the Tory/Lib Dem coalition came to office in May 2008!!!!!!!
