The club have currently sold 20,000 season tickets for the campaign and need just another 1,000 to beat the 21,000 set in the 2003/04 campaign – the first time they were in the Premier League.

They are now offering fans the chance to guarantee their seats for the second half of the campaign with adult prices ranging from £295 (including £5 administration fee) in the Jack Harris and Stan Cullis Stands to £355 in the Billy Wright.

Junior tickets are priced at £75 for under-12s in the family enclosure (alongside an adult/senior purchase).

Fans can also spread the payment via an instalment plan, with three different options.

Supporters agreeing to option one pay the full prices as above, while option two involves paying via three monthly instalments for an additional fee of £20 for adults and £10 concessions.

Fans paying for options one and two, which cover the final 10 games of the season, starting against Manchester City on December 28, are eligible for the Early Bird season ticket promotion and will save the cost of admission to one match.

There is also a ‘TPS 4′ scheme which involves paying a £60 joining fee (£30 for concessions) and obtaining tickets for the final nine games of the season with the cost debited from accounts 21 days before each fixture.

Meanwhile, Kevin Doyle has praised the Molineux masses for creating the “uplifting” platform for Wolves to secure Premier League survival.

Wolves go into today’s lunchtime clash with Villa having won just once in front of their own fans in four games this season, the 2-1 success over Fulham on September 20.

But they have played well in all four home games this season and £6.5m record signing Doyle reckons the gold and black hordes are creating the right environment for the team.

“They’re making it easy for us to go out there and be motivated on the pitch,” he said.
