Koren’s warning for sorry Albion

ALBION 4 SL 22Albion midfielder Robert Koren has warned the team not to ‘feel sorry for themselves’ when they look to return to winning ways at Barnsley.

The Slovenian reckons the Baggies must put Saturday’s defeat by Crystal Palace out of their minds when they head to Oakwell tonight.

He said: “We prepared well for the Palace game and knew what to expect, but they did a job on us.

“It was difficult to play against them because they are so defensive but we conceded far too easily. The players were very disappointed, but we can’t feel sorry for ourselves against Barnsley.

“We need to focus on ourselves and be positive.”
