Arson attack at school

A school music room in Wolverhampton was badly damaged in a suspected arson attack.
The blaze swept through a conservatory used for music lessons in the grounds of Field View Primary, in Lonsdale Road, Bilston.
The fire broke out at 4am yesterday and did not affect the main school building, which was today open as normal.
Crew commander Jason Loftus, of Bilston fire station, said it was being treated as arson. “We were able to tackle it quickly and it did not affect the rest of the school,” he said.
