Five-times winners Aston Villa will play Sunderland away in the fourth round of the Carling Cup.

Martin O’Neill’s men will hope to beat the Black Cats to progress in this year’s competition.

The ties will be played on the week commencing 26 October.

Holders Manchester United go away to Barnsley, Chelsea play Bolton at home, Arsenal host Liverpool and Tottenham, who hope to make a third consecutive final, face Everton at White Hart Lane.
