Birmingham were left dejected as Chung-Yong Lee consigned Blues to defeat in a game they had just gotten back into at St Andrew’s.
Alex McLeish’s side had just gotten themselves back into the game through sub Kevin Phillips in ther 84th minute, but were left to rue the day two minutes later when the Bolton sub pounced.
Matthew Taylor’s 30-yard free-kick has crashed against the post, presenting the South Korea midfielder with a simple tap-in.
The visitors had led for most of the game through Tamir Cohen’s header on 10 minutes, after Kevin Davies had flicked on Sam Ricketts’ long throw.
