Road death man named

A man who died after being hit by a car near a Kidderminster pub was today named as Ian Barnes.
The 20-year-old, from Kidderminster, died during the early hours of Sunday following the collision opposite the Mare and Colt on the A449 Worcester Road.
An inquest was today opened and adjourned by a coroner in Stourport.
