A paedophile from Walsall who took photographs of women using the toilet at Glastonbury Festival was jailed for four years at Wolverhampton Crown Court today.

Matthew Wayne Hancock aged 37 of Lime Street, Chuckery, Walsall, had also befriended an American teenager over the internet, the court heard.

His actions came to light in 2007 when the grandmother of the girl contacted police in America.

A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Hancock who pleaded guilty to a total of 14 counts. He admitted offences of voyeurism, making indecent photos of a child, making an indecent movie file and possession of indecent movie files causing a child to engage in a sexual act.

His victims included a girl he secretly filmed using a bathroom. Hancock also used a mirror to capture images of about 12 women in the toilet at Glastonbury.
