Who do you think chairman Jeremy Peace will move for?

Seems certain it will be Alan Irvine, bookies have stopped taking bets. Given the choice I would have prefered Darren Ferguson above all the other candidates. Not sure about AI, plus im sure PNE will want some sort of compensation for him.
JP MUST get this appointment correct!

I’m not to bothered about whether its Irvine or not,the thing is we need an ambitious manager in as quickly as possible.I would be a bit disappointed if we didn’t even have a go for Ferguson though, after all we do have £2ml in hand from the Mowbray debacle,so lets use it to get the best man in, whoever that may be.

I don’t think it will be Irvine, At this Eleveth hour I am looking at DAVE JONES. Reason he is nearly out of contract, selling your best players just to pay off the club’s Debts and Cardiff are just marking time. Also he has been there 5 years time to move on, Just to find bring on talented players and sell them to reduce the club’s debt. I think DAVE JONES is tired of this if offered the ALBION job he will take it. I don’t care about the WOLVES connection Irvine has not got anybody out of this division, Dave Jones has. !!

I hope this gets sorted pretty soon. I’m glad Mowbray has finally left us. I could see him getting sacked soon anyway so least we got 2 mill for him. His at a club he loves now so fair play to him. Now we can move on and we will be better without Mowbray. Its great sticking to your principles but only when you can prove it works. I don’t mind who we get out of Mcinnes, Irvine or Ferguson or Jones. I honestly think we will do OK with any of them. I don’t think we will get promoted whoever we get as its the players we need sorting out. Ferguson slightly tips it for me but only on the hope of us being able to utilise loan opportunities from Man U and help and guidance from fergie senior.

Whoever is appointed will have to put up with the same financial constraints and level of interference imposed by JP which previous managers couldn’t adhere to.
I personally would like to Fergie Junior take over but I can’t see him putting up with it either or for that matter JP splashing any money out on compensation.

Have a feeling we are in for a surprise—personally I don’t know who is the best out there
but hope its someone who can make us defend properly and score when we attack

Bring back RON ATKINSON!!! What a team we had back in 1978 when he took charge, great days even though he took a few to MANURE, I would still like him back rather than any of the names I have heard mentioned for the job!.

I agree that Dave Jones is probably the best candidate followed by Alan Irvine and Paul Simpson. Whoever Jeremy Peace selects as the next Albion manager, it is essential that we get behind both the Chairman and the Manager. This is no time to query the Chairman’s judgement.

Last time round in the championship I thought Cardiff and Dave Jones were really good. They thumpled us in the league cup (showing my age there); a tremendous 3-3 draw at the Hawthorns and a pleasant evening in Cardiff with a 0-0 BUT in cup semis week. They were really entertaining.

For a change logged on to the Dingles site. What an absolute shower. The season hasn’t started yet, one or two are slating MM,but the majority are having a slanging match with each other. Can’t wait for the new season to start, there is going to a civil war in Dingle land.

JP is conning all of us he is dragging his feet with the new manager so there will be less time to spend any money on new players and as for Robinson i would give him away he cost us points last year and obviously does not want to be at the club lets get Mciness and Appleton as his deputy but lets get a move on or is that asking to much
